We are working – and go biking– every day to define the routes of the seventh edition of FAR Gravel Argenta.

Thousands of Km every year are what we do to test, try, verify and check that our routes are safe.
We use cars, bikes and motorbikes. We go once, twice, three times, four times, as many times as necessary. At the beginning of the year and the evening before the FAR Gravel.

We study solutions and look for variations. We prepare plans A, B, C and D. We talk to 5 Municipalities, 2 Provinces, the Local Police, the Park, two Land Reclamation Consortia, the Police Headquarters.
Then it happens that they close a bridge or that there is work on the embankments or on the roads, a ban comes up or there is a landslide on a cycle path; it is an interactive, long and complex process that involves many actors, fortunately most of them always collaborative.

Then, while we go around FARe scouting, we think: here we put an arrow, here a volunteer, here we have to prune a tree….
And then again, maybe at the last moment, something needs to be changed, for any reason or strange inconvenience.

And then, finally, hundreds of arrows and poles, Kilometers of American or white and red tape and thousands of cable ties and wood screws.
Even tracing the FAR routes is a real adventure. But for us it is important: only in this way can we guarantee you the maximum possible safety.

So, here are the 2024 routes!

FARla corta > 53.5 km

FARla media > 113 km

FARla lunga > 153 km

FARla grossata > 201 km (unsupported)

The reference images are provisional, the definitive routes will be sent to the participants and published on the site together with the GPS tracks a few days before the event.
